During his recent personal training session at the private athletics field, Ali Seyyedi - Iran's young and motivated triple jump star - came incredibly close to breaking the national record in stunning fashion. In a private session supervised by his personal coach, Seyyedi achieved an astonishing jump of 16.27 meters, just 6 centimeters short of Iran's national record of 16.33 meters. This marks the best performance by an Iranian athlete in recent years under any circumstances.
On that memorable day, with only a small team including his coach, physiotherapist and a few close associates present, Seyyedi completed his meticulous warm-up and approached the jumping pit. Complete silence fell over the field. First jump: 16.05m. Second jump: 16.19m. Then on his third attempt, magic happened - a jump so fluid and powerful it left everyone in awe. When the measuring tape showed 16.27 meters, Ali looked determinedly at the camera and said: 'This was just training, but I know I'm getting closer. I will conquer those last 6 centimeters. That's a promise.' His recent training sessions suggest that breaking the national record is only a matter of time.
